The objective this work to evaluate performance Blackberry cultivars and influence main stem management on BRS-Tupy cultivar. first experiment assessed cultivars: BRS-Tupy, Cherokee, Xavante, Guarani; second evaluated prunings were: drastic winter pruning, 2, 3, 4 primocanes. variables analyzed green dry leaf mass, area, number average production per plant, size percentage moisture, soluble solids. In relation weight, yield, cultivar superior both cycles evaluated. As for solids Cherokee superior, but only 2016/17 cycle. experiment, terms fruits production, pruning primocanes cycle next 3 equaled it variable. is shown be lower two Concerning variable fruit, a significant difference found 2017/18 cycle, where presented smaller Thus, can concluded that, general, presents best productive results that initially stands out alone.
